Covington|At first I was upset that there are about 9 or 10 illustrations that are missing with a note that they were not available in the digital version in each's place and I gave ebook a 1 star rating. My bad, the sample ebook it does state in the beginning that not all illustrations are avaiable with the digital version. That said,
